WHO THIS IS FOR This complimentary 30-minute session is designed for founders, business owners and decision-makers who are facing a business challenge, growth question or strategic crossroads and want to understand whether strategic support from Scale Lab would be relevant and valuable. This is a focused initial conversation to clarify the context, explore the core issue at a high level and assess fit. WHAT THIS SESSION IS FOR During the session, we will briefly discuss your current situation, what feels stuck, unclear or commercially important right now, and what kind of support may be most relevant. This session is intended to help determine: - whether your challenge is something we can meaningfully help with, - which type of session, diagnostic or strategic format would be most appropriate, - and what the most sensible next step would be. PLEASE NOTE This is not a full strategic session, audit or consulting deep dive. We will not be solving the entire business challenge within 30 minutes. The purpose of this conversation is to assess fit, clarify the nature of the issue and identify whether there is a strong basis for working together. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY This policy applies to all consulting sessions, strategic sessions, audits, discovery calls, mentoring sessions, and other professional services provided by Scale Lab Consulting Agency, unless otherwise stated on the service page or in a written agreement. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION All sessions are booked online and are considered confirmed once the booking is completed. Clients are responsible for providing correct contact details and ensuring availability at the selected time. For online sessions, meeting details are sent to the email provided during booking. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session are considered late cancellations. In such cases, the session is non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Some services involve preparation, analysis, or review performed in advance. Late cancellations may result in the session being considered completed due to work already carried out. This policy ensures respectful use of time and availability for both the consultant and other clients. LATE ARRIVAL If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. NO-SHOWS If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show. No-shows are not refundable and are not subject to rescheduling. PAYMENTS Some services require prepayment. Payment terms are always specified on the service page or during checkout. All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. PRE-SESSION QUESTIONNAIRE For most services, clients receive a pre-session questionnaire after booking. Clients are asked to complete it as thoroughly as possible before the session to allow proper preparation and ensure the session focuses on high-value discussion. Incomplete information may limit the effectiveness of the session. SERVICE SCOPE AND CONFIDENTIALITY Consulting and strategic sessions provide professional analysis and guidance. Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including client involvement and implementation, and specific results are not guaranteed. All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing. POLICY UPDATES Scale Lab Consulting Agency reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking applies.
