Scope of Services

​

Scale Lab provides:

• Strategic consulting, business architecture, masterminds, and training programmes.

• Ongoing “Head Office Outsource” subscriptions (strategy, operations, finance support).

• Educational services (workshops, courses, webinars).

We do not provide licensed professional services such as legal, tax, accounting, or auditing. Where needed, we may recommend trusted partners.

Bookings & Payments

​

• All services must be paid in advance.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Some services require additional lead time (specified on the service page).

• Subscription services renew monthly unless cancelled with one month’s notice.

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 3 business days in advance unless otherwise stated for specific services.

• Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible if notice is given.

• Where significant preparation has been carried out, cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

Use of AI Tools

​

• We use AI tools (e.g. OpenAI ChatGPT, Perplexity) to support our work.

• All AI outputs are subject to human oversight and are not final recommendations.

• No client data is used to train AI models. Data is processed under Zero Trust principles with strict access control.

• Clients may opt out of AI-assisted processes by written request.

 

 

Confidentiality

• We treat all client data as confidential.

• We may share information only with authorised team members, subcontractors, or service providers bound by confidentiality.

 

 

Intellectual Property

​

• All templates, frameworks, methods, and processes developed by Scale Lab remain our intellectual property.

• Custom deliverables created specifically for a client become the client’s property once paid in full.

• Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell our proprietary materials without written consent.

 

 

ESG & Ethical Commitments

• We operate under principles of sustainability, transparency, and responsible business practice.

• Our recommendations aim to support ethical and environmentally conscious growth where possible.

 

 

Responsibilities of the Client

​

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely information.

• Clients remain responsible for decisions and actions in their business.

• Results depend on joint effort; Scale Lab cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes.

 

 

Limitations of Liability

​

• Scale Lab provides advisory and support services only.

• We are not liable for any business losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from decisions taken by clients.

• We accept no liability for third-party tools, platforms, or partners.

 

 

Educational Services

​

• Educational content (courses, workshops, webinars) is for informational purposes only.

• It does not constitute legal, financial, or certified professional advice.

 

Service-Specific Terms

Some services may carry additional or specific terms (e.g. longer cancellation windows, subscription conditions). These will be specified on the relevant service page and form part of these Terms.

Governing Law
