PURPOSE OF THE CALL This introductory call is intended for founders, owners and managing partners of business clubs and communities who are exploring strategic collaboration with Scale Lab. The purpose of the call is to assess the relevance and potential of collaboration and to discuss formats appropriate to the level and profile of your community, including: facilitated masterminds for founders and senior executives strategic and leadership workshops expert sessions for C-level audiences closed speaking and keynote formats partnership and referral collaboration models long-term expert programmes within communities custom-designed formats tailored to your audience and objectives During the call, we will: briefly review the context, positioning and goals of your community identify collaboration formats that make strategic sense for your audience discuss scale, participant profile, delivery format and potential timelines define next steps if there is a mutual fit This call is not a coaching, consulting or strategy session. No business problem-solving, audits or strategic work are conducted during the call. The call is intended exclusively for decision-makers representing a business club, community or organisation. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY This policy applies to all consulting sessions, strategic sessions, audits, discovery calls, mentoring sessions, and other professional services provided by Scale Lab Consulting Agency, unless otherwise stated on the service page or in a written agreement. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION All sessions are booked online and are considered confirmed once the booking is completed. Clients are responsible for providing correct contact details and ensuring availability at the selected time. For online sessions, meeting details are sent to the email provided during booking. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session are considered late cancellations. In such cases, the session is non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Some services involve preparation, analysis, or review performed in advance. Late cancellations may result in the session being considered completed due to work already carried out. This policy ensures respectful use of time and availability for both the consultant and other clients. LATE ARRIVAL If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. NO-SHOWS If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show. No-shows are not refundable and are not subject to rescheduling. PAYMENTS Some services require prepayment. Payment terms are always specified on the service page or during checkout. All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. PRE-SESSION QUESTIONNAIRE For most services, clients receive a pre-session questionnaire after booking. Clients are asked to complete it as thoroughly as possible before the session to allow proper preparation and ensure the session focuses on high-value discussion. Incomplete information may limit the effectiveness of the session. SERVICE SCOPE AND CONFIDENTIALITY Consulting and strategic sessions provide professional analysis and guidance. Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including client involvement and implementation, and specific results are not guaranteed. All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing. POLICY UPDATES Scale Lab Consulting Agency reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking applies.
